By accessing and using Corban Global Travels ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including browsers, customers, and registered members.

2. Services Description

Corban Global Travels acts as an intermediary between you and travel service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). We facilitate bookings but are not the direct provider of travel services. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.

3. User Accounts

To make bookings, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

4. Booking & Payment

• All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment processing.
• Held bookings expire after the designated hold period if payment is not completed.
• Loyalty points (SkyPoints) earned are subject to the loyalty program terms.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service provider. Refunds are processed according to the original payment method within 5-14 business days. Cancellation fees may apply as determined by the airline or hotel. Non-refundable bookings are clearly marked at the time of purchase.

6. Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents (passport, visa, health certificates) for your trip. Corban Global Travels is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to insufficient documentation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Corban Global Travels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to flight delays, cancellations by service providers, or loss of baggage. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Corban Global Travels and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
